He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Moraga; his son Ralph Carrasco; his grandsons, Michael, Isaiah and Joshua; and his siblings, Manuel, Richard Balderas and Linda Lopez (Rudy). He is also survived by 9 nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home (4800 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
