He is survived by: his sons, Chris Allen (Cynthia) of Irving, TX and Donald Ray (Melissa) of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Clayton Patrick of Lancaster, PA, Thomas Ray of Corvallis, OR and Casey Rae of Salem, OR; and his stepgrandchildren, Garrett Reed (Sarah) of Plano, TX, Jason T. Reed of Maui and Brandi Hook (Thomas) of Haslet, TX. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews.
