He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pizzuti and Laura Pizzuti; and his siblings, Carol Pizzuti, Dolores Rhyner and John Pizzuti, Jr. (Skip).

He is survived by: his wife Jane Pizzuti; his children, Gina Pizzuti-Duff, Michael Pizzuti, Anthony Pizzuti and Joseph Thomas; his sister Geraldine McElhaney (Jerry); and his granddaughters, Kaylee and Emily Duff.
