He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Tam Wong Humphreys and Gene Lewis Humphreys. He is survived by: his wife Georgeann Curtis Humphreys; his children, Shelly Humphreys and Stephen Humphreys (Amy); and his granddaughters, Carly Wallace and Lyann Humphreys.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Richard's memory to Shriners Children's Hospital or Hospice of the Valley.
