He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Pearl and Miriam Pearl; his wife Jennie; his daughters, Linda and Barbara; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Jeremy, Ben, Raquel, Tabitha and Aaron.

For over 50 years he worked in the Engineering Department for Motorola where he made contributions to the field and also long-term friendships.
