He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lakey and William Herman Lloyd; his brother Harold Lakey Lloyd; Janet and Jane.
He is survived by: his wife Sara Ann Mickelson; his daughters, Amy (Eric Faas), Allison (Richard Smith), MaryAnn (James Bria) and Holly (Gary Tanner); his nephew Brian Lloyd (Kerri Case); his sister Caroline Lloyd Carpenter; and his son Brian. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (4225 N 56th St, Phoenix, AZ 85018).
