He is survived by: his wife Deborah Fraley; his son Stephen Bryan Fraley (Diane) of North Port, FL; his brothers, Thurman Fraley of Portsmouth and Bob; and his children, Daniel Mault (Becky), Marion Mault, Tempest Allen (Jaime) and Melissa Barry (Joe Nichols).
