He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Foster and Juanita Foster. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his children, Suzanne English (Scott) and Stephen Foster; his grandchildren, Will and Cate Schneider; and his sisters, Sue Davis (Conrad), Nancy Ricketts and Linda Foster.
