He was predeceased by: his wife Clare Ann; and his children, Susan and John. He is survived by: his children, Richard, Joseph (Jackie), Robert (Nikki), William (Vicki), Thomas (Cheryl), Mary (Ryan) and Michael (Julie); and his former wife Dolores Skeivik. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, and a sizeable entourage of nephews and nieces.
