He is survived by: his significant other Judy Meyer; his children, Tok and Mark Jacobs (Jenna Brown); his sister Cindy Jacobs (Miguel Ramirez); his nephew Daniel Ramirez (Hannah Emple); and his niece Juliana Ramirez.
