With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roberta Robbins of Phoenix, Arizona, born in Windsor, North Carolina, who passed away on March 6, 2023 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cullen Samuel Robbins and Mary Elizabeth Robbins (Holley); and her brother James E. Robbins (Tootie). She is survived by: her husband Jesse Lee Taylor Jr.; her stepchildren, Jesse Lee Taylor III, Anthony and Dominique; her siblings, Delores Smallwood (Bradford) of Windsor, Cullen Robbins Jr. (Sheila) of Edenton, Frank Robbins (Diane) of Osage Beach and Oscar Robbins (Tara) of Lebanon, Missouri; and her sister-in-law Shaneeta Robbins of Phoenix, Arizona. She is also survived by nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.
