With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rochelle Edith Fann (Phoenix, Arizona), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 19, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her significant other David "Don" Fann; her children, Elyse Webber (Dave), Seth Fann and Caren Wilson; her grandchildren, David Uffens (Erica), Rachael Uffens, Ty and Cwen Wilson; and her great grandchildren, Drew, Sydney Uffens and Xander Kosis.
