He was predeceased by: his parents, Zelma Tate and Oswald Jones; his siblings, Valoria Tate and Gregory Tate; and his son Jamal Tate.
He is survived by: his spouse Lesley Phillips; his friend Albert Milton; his children, Erica, Tonya, Leslie (family: Witness) and Rahdsan Tate; his siblings, Gwen Tate-Blackmon, Tyrell Richard and Terrance Richard; his granddaughter Tiyesha Tate; and the mother of his children Lesley Phillips. He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Friends.
