He was predeceased by: his mother Genevieve Deuel; his brothers, Foster Deuel (Ruth), Gerald Deuel and Richard Deuel (Lois); his daughter Kristi Allen; his siblings' children, Deborah Kennedy (Wayne), David Deuel, Mark Deuel (Julie) and Thomas Deuel; his aunt Milda Wilhelm; his former wife Janice Deuel; and his friends, Anthony and Dorothy Sozio.
He is survived by: his significant other Marsha Deuel; his sons, Timothy Deuel and Josh Castro; his daughters-in-law, Kristen Castro, Chey Castro (Sabrina) and Tev Castro; his daughter Katherine Perkins; his grandsons, William H. Allen III, Kyle Castro, Max Castro and Tey Castro; his sibling's children, Marie Deuel, Sharleen Girvin, Vicki Crittenden, Craig Deuel, Daniel Deuel (Betty), James Deuel (Carol), Jeff Deuel (Jennifer), Paul Deuel, Randy Deuel (Debra), Robert Deuel (Shelly) and Stanley Deuel (Beverly); and his sisters-in-law, Linda Beard, Pamela Maracle (Leroy), Teeter, Beard and Maracle.
