He is survived by: his wife Lois Boltz; his children, Steve Boltz (Joan), Cory Bolda May (Greg), Julianne Kristin Moats (Greg) and Joseph Boltz (Karley); and his sister Rita Dams (Dennis). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
