Fernandez Jr. Rosa; her siblings, Gloria Fernandez, Juan Escalante Jr., Manuel Escalante and Isabel Lewis; and her grandchildren, Xavier Anthony Cerpa and Alyssa Isabel Cerpa.

A rosary was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (1954 N 24th St, Phoenix, AZ 85008). A burial was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Francis Catholic Cemetery (2033 N 48th St, Phoenix, AZ 85008).
