She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Kinser and Opha Kinser; and her husband David A. Rumney. She is survived by: her children, Beth, David (Nicolette) and Benjamin (Jeri); her grandchildren, Dillon, Rebecca, Hannah, Colin and David; her sister Beth; her niece Amanda; her sister-in-law Ellen; and her nephew Jeffrey. She is also survived by four grandnieces and nephews.
