We are sad to announce that, on May 8, 2020, at the age of 89, Roy B. Williams (Phoenix, Arizona) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Doby Williams and Mary Alice Williams (Breen); his sisters, Quinie Coates and Ada Owens Dutcher (Trudy); and his son Earl Fredrick Williams.

He is survived by: his children, Doby B. Williams (Kathy), Marie E. Pratt (Mark) and Charles J. Williams; his brothers, Jerry Williams of Prescott, AZ and Kenneth Williams (Cathy); his grandchildren, RobRoy Williams (Alissa), Travis Williams, Doc Williams (Cassie), Christopher Williams (Heather), Dalton Williams and Deann Winter (Brad); his wife Carrol Whittenburg; and his son Fred. He is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
