She was predeceased by: her parents, Fabian Lama and Lola De La Lama; her husband Alex G. Martinez; her son Alejandro Martinez; her granddaughter Alexis M. Amaral; and her brothers, Eddie and Freddie Lama.
She is survived by: her children, Nellie, Linda, Gloria and Alex; and her brother Manuel. She is also survived by four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and a host of extended family.
