With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell T. Duncan in Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on June 3, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Captain Russell T. Duncan and Hazel Duncan; and his brother Tom. He is survived by: his sons, Brandon (Ayesha) of Redmond, OR, Cody of Glendale, AZ and Austin (Shandel) of Waddell, AZ; his grandsons, Elliott and Benjamin Duncan of Redmond, OR; and his siblings, Michael (Dorothy) of Greenville, SC and Nancy Nelson (Conrad) of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
