It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Jane Grover of Phoenix, Arizona, born in Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on April 24, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her siblings, Sam, Gene Sullivan and Ginger Bower (Gary Grover); her sons, Christopher, Guy and Brandon; her grandchildren, Michael, Madison, Jake, Isabella and Connor; and her pet Zeus.
