She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Williams Sr. and Janie Mae Williams; her sister-in-law Dr. Wanda Inez Williams; and her nephew Lamont Anthony Williams. She is survived by: her children, Chauncy Antoine Bougard (Sandra) and Janee Sharess; her grandson Antoine Sylvester Bougard; her brother Sylvester Williams Jr.; her aunts, Adell Winters of Cresent City, CA, Earnestine James of Chicago, IL. and Louise Alexander of Los Angeles, CA; her nephews, Shawn Denae Williams Marana (LaShonda) and Shane Renae Williams (Cara); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Noah Anthony Williams, Micah Heath Williams, Shane R Williams II, Jamien Dai'Sean Mitchell, Jacob Juan Wahlen, Levi Lamont Williams, Breah Denae Williams, ReShana Monique Williams and Inez Marae Williams.
She recognized and sponsored the Black Veterans, Buffalo Soldiers, Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States, NAACP, United Negro College Fund, and her favorite radio station, WUBS, the "Love Ya" station.
