He is survived by: his significant other Tony Clemente of Phoenix, AZ; his siblings, Julie Lageveen (Mark), Robin Bolen (Mark), Lana Druvenga (Steve), Mindy Johnston (Doug) and Mac Harry (Lora); his brother-in-law Terry Coghlan (Jacque); and his nieces and nephews, Angie, Katie, Joni, Jerrica, Bill, Dana, Curtis, Alan, Blake, Bryce, Lance Lex, Logan, Jacob and Josh. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
