He is survived by: his parents, John Bills and Margaret Bills (Tynan); and his siblings, Jessica Capps (Bills), John Bills and Daniel Bills.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Chapel (6830 W Thunderbird Rd, Peoria, AZ 85381). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM and on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary (200 W Beardsley Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027).
