She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Edward Waddell (Alma Virginia Waddell) and Sharon; her husband Michael Lynn Milligan; her children, James Waddell Hagans and Trisha Lynn Cannady-Milligan; and her sisters, Sandra Ann Cannady and Brenda Lucille Osborn.
She is survived by: her daughter Cherr; and her sisters, Avis Virginia Stackhouse and Claudia Elizabeth McDonald. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
