She was predeceased by: her father Jerry Burnett; and her brother Bill Alford. She is survived by: her husband Brian Harlan; her mother Sherlyn Plavsic; her children, Micah and Gabriel; and her siblings, Judy Sumner, Jerry E Burnett, Mike Sharp, Mark Sharp, Matthew Sharp and Steve Burnett.

Memorial donations/in lieu of flowers may be made to the Phoenix Dream Center.
