It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Rose of Phoenix, Arizona, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 24, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Creighton and Johanna Creighton; her children, Daniel Rose (Sandy), Christine Fussell, Connie Rose-Kamprath (Peter) and Doug Rose (Stef); and her husband Jack Rose. She was also cherished by ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley.
