She is survived by: her siblings, Karen Rhodes (David) and Michael; and her children, Teresa Crowley (Michael), Chris, Jeff (Emily), Eric (Elizabeth) and Jennifer Coykendall (Art). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Our Lady of Sorrows Academy (same address), St. Jude's Hospital, or the Society of St. Vincent DePaul.
