He was predeceased by: his parents, Imogene Cummins and Stanley Cummins. He is survived by: his siblings, Daniel Cummins, Evelyn Cummins, Carol Cummins-Collier and Georgetta Cummins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces & grandnephews.
