Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the City Church (1441 W Glendale Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85021). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers, the family will be accepting monetary blessings for the Celebration of Life Services for Stephanie Oby-McArthur.
