He was predeceased by: his brother Rafael Moreno, Jr.; and his grandmother Gloria M. Figueroa. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Jacqueline, Angel, Madeline, Angel, Dominic and Michael; his sister Angela Ortiz (Robert Ortiz); and his parent Dorothy Noreen Moreno (Figueroa).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home (4800 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (1421 S 12th St, Phoenix, AZ 85034). A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM at the Saint Francis Catholic Cemetery (2033 N 48th St, Phoenix, AZ 85008).
