He is survived by: his cousins, Sara Kathryn Pines of Salem, MO, Kathryn Lynn Van Etten (Steve Holloway) of Phoenix, AZ, Rev. David Massey-Brown of Kirksville, MO, Karen Steinke of Springfield, MO and Stan Kintigh of Glen Carbon, IL; and his aunt Sue Brown of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
