She is survived by: her son James (Amy); her grandchildren, Seleena, Zachary, Tristan and Kayla; and her great grandchildren, Sterling, Mia and Santiago.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the West Resthaven Funeral Home (6450 W Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Resthaven Park Cemetery (6450 W Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Susan's honor to a local no-kill shelter, such as the Arizona Humane Society or the Arizona Animal Welfare League, to support the rescues and animals she cared for so deeply.
