He is survived by: his wife Robin Ann Hall; his children, Nicole Danielle Johnson (Garrett Horrocks) and Blake Robert Johnson; his granddaughter Fiona Margaret Horrocks; his stepchildren, Hannah Lilac Merrill and Ryland Frederick Merrill; his brother Stephen Arlie Johnson (Judith); his half-siblings, Phillip Arthur Johnson Jr. (Melinda) and Christina Walters Paradis (Brian); his brother-in-law David A. Hall (Jean) of Woodland; and his sister Karen Hines-Roberts. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
