He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Johnson (Lyle) and Edna; and his siblings, Donald Johnson (Donny) and Lynda Johnson Priest McCorkle (Petie). He is survived by: his former wife Ruthann; his children, Larry, Lisa and Jimmy; his wife Sharon; and his children, Justin, Brian and Rachael.

The service will include Air Force full honors and a 21-gun salute, paying tribute to T J's military service and his contributions to his country.Terry.
