It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore Rowe of Phoenix, Arizona, born in Long Beach, California, who passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Alison and Melinda; his grandchildren, Emily, Lucas and Declan; and his siblings, Neil, Barbara and Martha.
