Mulligan (Phoenix, Arizona), born in Grand Forks, North Dakota, who passed away on February 24, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including 6 sons, 2 daughters, 22 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and all the spouses.
