He was predeceased by: his wife Jan; and his parents, James Cichocki and Sophia Cichocki. He is survived by: his children, Dean (Cathy), Chris (Val) and Bob (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Stephanie Becker (Billy), Jessica Marin (Vinny), Quinn, Carly, Sophia and Connor. He is also survived by his family and friends.
