He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Artis; and his brother Michael II. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his brothers, Randy, Nathan and Jonathan; and his stepchildren, Rebecca Battistelli (Mike) and Paul Thuringer (Angela). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
