He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Chester and Dorothy Russell; his aunt Debbie Russell; his uncle Gary Winklepleck; and his cousins, Rachael Massey and Shelly Hitchcock.
He is survived by: his parents, Candy Winklepleck and Larry Winklepleck; his pet Toby; his grandparents, Mary and Gerald Winklepleck (Shannon Albert); his stepdaughter Madeleine; and his brothers, Mike Winklepleck (Heidi) and Ryan Winklepleck (Carisa).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Tim's name to the Mayo Clinic, an organization that gave Tim a second chance at life (liver transplant) and kept him healthy for nearly 23 years after. Please designate your gift to the Transplant Department for your donation.
