Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John Institutional Baptist Church (1428 S 13th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85007). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at the Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery (2300 W Van Buren St, Phoenix, AZ 85009).
