With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Troy Dean Jones (Phoenix, Arizona), born in Allison, Texas, who passed away on April 8, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lloyd Jones and Myrtle Jones (Holbrook); his wife Lona Faye Collins; his brother Billy Ray; his children, Connie Carpenter (Rick), Brad Jones (Tina) and Jeff Jones (Tanya); and his sisters, Kay and Sharon.
Along with his ordainment, he also joined the Board of Directors at Baptist Hospital and Healthcare Systems in 1972, and, in 2000, was the founding chairman of the BHHS Legacy Foundation.
