He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kevin Fretheim and Stacy Fretheim; his brother Drew; his grandparents, Bob, Frank and Karen Fretheim; his aunts and uncles, Reza, Kami Chapman, Jay and Karen Backstrom; and his cousins, Carson, Jackson and Izzie.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Arizona's Children Association in Troy's memory.
