It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon J. Nolte (Phoenix, Arizona), born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on April 14, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Mabel Ashby Nolte; his parents, Ernest Nolte and Della Mae Nolte; and his siblings, Jean Ehle, Larry, Ed and Gary Nolte.
He is survived by: his son Jay; his daughter-in-law Betsy; his granddaughter Jennifer Nolte; his sisters, Helen Jones and Joanne Wright; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Nolte and Joyce Nolte. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends and lodge brothers.
