It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Willa Dean Simmons in Phoenix, Arizona, born in Madisonville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 22, 2026, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Kenny. She is survived by: her children, Mike Schucker (Tami), Linda Schucker, Jeff Schucker, Mark Simmons (Rona) and David Simmons; her grandchildren, Amy, Jeff, Jessica and Brandon; and her nephew Billy Simmons (April). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
