He was predeceased by: his spouse CloDell Evans Rowe; his parents, William B Rowe and Beatrice W Fisher; his sisters, Dorothy A Lewis and Billye J Edgar Elg; and his siblings-in-law, Delores Rowe (Dee), Frank Evans and LuDell Evans.
He is survived by: his children, Robin (DeLoy), Wendy (Mike), Estella (Curt), Billy (Tammy) and Paula (Jen); his brother Jerry Rowe; and his siblings-in-law, Dan Evans (Kathryn) and Shirley Evans. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (5104 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Glendale, AZ 85310). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona (2929 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024).
