We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2023, at the age of 80, William Parker Siggins of Phoenix, Arizona, born in Saint Louis, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Siggins and Helen Siggins; and his sisters, Helen Lee Siggins and Joann Siggins. He is survived by: his wife Anita Siggins; his children, William Matthew Parker Siggins (Matt), Judith Jean Driskell Siggins and Stephanie Kay Siggins; and his sister Nancy Siggins. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
