He was predeceased by: his parents, F. C. "Cliff" Plegge and Dorothy Plegge (Woodson); and his brother John Plegge. He is survived by: his wife Metta Plegge (Northum); his brother F. C. "Frank" Plegge (Newport); his daughters, Beth Nettles (Mark) of Maumelle and Mona Horton of Little Rock; his granddaughters, Ashley Myers (Reagan) of Huntsville, Lindsey Carney (Justin) of Paron and Morgan Bibbs (Pierre Poquette) of Bella Vista; and his great grandchildren, Wrigley, Woods Myers, Mary Craig and Evelyn Carney.
