He was predeceased by: his parents, William Russell and Elsie Evelyn Whitney; and his sons, Bob, Dave, Chuck and Mark.
He is survived by: his sons, Larry, Don, Billy and Jimmy. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Bill requested donations be made to the Food Bank at Northminster Presbyterian Church in Phoenix, AZ.
