She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wayne McNeil and Priscilla Hamblin McNeil; her children, Kathryn, Erline and Gary; her husband Bill Stephens; and her stepchildren, Cheryl and Billy. She was also cherished by five children, twenty-one grandchildren, sixty-one great-grandchildren, and nine great-great grandchildren.
